SailingI did a 2001 RORC Fastnet Race campaign on Incisor of Wight, so I have included a few photos to show just what a magnificent yacht she is. Incisor is a custom Corby 45 that carries a crew of about 12. Accommodation is basic, but that's not the point - she sails like a dream. In 2000, Incisor won the Round Britain and Ireland Race and was RORC 2000 IRM overall winner. In 2001, I believe she was defending 8 major trophies. We ended the season in IRM second place to the Fastnet winner, Tonnerre de Breskens, and 11th in IRC 0. The Fastnet campaign includes a series of off-shore (cross channel) races, before the 608 mile Fastnet, which can take up to 5 days. Click on the rows under Result & Race Report for race reports.
